Volunteers Needed for Annual Conference

Room monitors are needed for the 7th Annual LifeScience Alley Conference & Expo on December 10. Each volunteer will receive complimentary admission to the conference. A brief job description is below:

Agree to spend the day (6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) at the conference
Be the room monitor in one session track, attending all three seminars (great education opportunity!)
Check attendees for proper credentials for admittance
Be the liaison with the audio visual staff with any questions/problems
Conduct session attendee counts and distribute speaker gifts
Write brief summary report of each session noting any problems/issues
